Individual Orders For purchases from an individual, prepayment is required in the form of a credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. We also accept a money Order and/or a check made payable to New Readers Press.
Tax Policy New Readers Press charges applicable state sales taxes on all orders to be delivered to California, Michigan, North Carolina, and South Dakota.
Order Processing We process all orders within 48 hours of receipt and ship via UPS. However, please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Normal delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.

Returns All materials, in saleable condition, may be returned for credit or a full refund, except shipping charges, within 60 days of purchase. Materials returned after 60 days of purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We require that you enclose your invoice or packing slip with your return. Please include your reason for returning the materials. If your invoice or packing slip is missing, please call for a return authorization. If no invoice, packing slip or return authorization is included, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For your protection, send the materials by an insurable method and properly package your return before shipping. All software is non-returnable once opened. We do not accept returns for materials purchased over 1 year or for materials that are out of print.
