New Readers Press Return Policy

New Readers Press is dedicated to providing the best customer service and we guarantee the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, call our customer service representatives at (800) 448-8878 to request a return authorization. Please have your invoice number ready when you call. Include the return authorization form in the package when you send back your return.

We accept product returns, with prior authorization, that meet the following conditions:

  • New, unmarked, saleable materials may be returned for credit or full refund, minus shipping charges, within 60 days of purchase.
  • Materials returned without a return authorization or the original packing slip are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept any returns after 6 months of purchase.
  • For your protection, please send your return via an insurable method, and package your return carefully before shipping.
  • New Readers Press cannot guarantee credit for an unauthorized return.
  • Credits must be used within 12 months of issue date.
  • No credit will be issued for books that are returned damaged, are out of print, or are no longer available.
  • All software, digital, and print-on-demand products are non-returnable.
